It’s that time of year again; barbecues, parties, fireworks, and FUN! Rather than writing one blog post today, I thought it would be interesting to share some of my favorite Fourth of July party recipes, with a healthy twist, of course!

We all eat our share of unhealthy treats at summer parties, and I’m just as guilty as the next. Here are some easy yet exciting Fourth of July recipes that everyone can enjoy. Some are from my site, some from my trusted partners. Eat up!

 

Fourth of July Recipe Round-Up

  • This first one is just absolutely adorable and a total party pleaser! From the doTERRA blog, it’s a good example how cooking with essential oils can be fun. Check out this beautiful creation!

 

  • This was one of the first recipes I tested and created as a new Health Coach 4 years back. It’s still one of my favorites and most satisfying! Hint: If you are going to bring these to a party, serve fanned out over a large bowl of ice. No kid or adult could refuse that display!  

 

  • There’s nothing like a “signature drink” at any backyard bash. The Fourth of July is no execption. Try serving this fun twist on traditional Limeade in a large, clear glass beverage dispenser like the one found HERE.    

 

  • Lastly, this is one of my favorite, cleansing recipes and soooo easy to make! A large tub and an ice cream scooper will keep you and your guests cool and satisfied.
